Tips for Beating Baby Boredom

Here are some fun things to do while Mom is busy cleaning, cooking, or whatever it is she does...

If she's in the kitchen anyway, it can be fun to help unload the dishwasher baskets.

And the lids for the pots and pans are super fun to slide around the floor. They make awesome noises. (Sorry for the lack of a visual aid with this one... you'll have to take my word for it that it rocks.)

The bathroom is a goldmine. You can throw the magazines into the bathtub (they look better there anyway)...

Or grab one and do a little reading. In my spare time, I like to catch up on what's new this Fall from LL Bean.

And my favorite bathroom activity: unrolling all of the toilet paper. Doesn't it make the floor look more comfy?

Then if you're lucky and sneak a handful of the tp, you can find a quiet spot and chow down.

Activities like these help me pass the time when Mom is distracted. They also help ensure I get her full attention once she sees what I can do without her help. I hope they help you too!

Best Wishes,
